Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Find this apartment nestled among olive groves and ancient fruit trees on farmland a kilometre outside Monte San Savino's historic centre. Leaning towards rustic cosiness, the farmhouse interior might not be for everyone, but the exposed beam and traditional tiling pair nicely with the wildflowers, organic garden and lush vegetation just outside. Things like the kitchenette are compact, but there's a neat little outdoor space to stretch your legs. The swimming pool is shared with two other apartments and overlooks the rolling countryside, and you might encounter your neighbours during olive oil tastings or vegetable picking on the property.

Home truths

We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking for up to two cars.

The communal swimming pool – available for use between 1st April and 1st October – isn't fenced. Little ones will need to be supervised at all times.

This is a first-floor apartment without a lift. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.

The bedroom curtains don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.

It's possible you may hear some noise from neighbours during your stay.

You won't find a welcome hamper here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarkets are within driving distance.

"We have used Plum Guide a few times and have always found the places we stayed and the Plum Guide service excellent from start to finish. Recently we rented an apartment in Venice. The apartment was perfect for our needs - well appointed, comfortable beds, right number of bathrooms, lovely kitchen and living areas. The location was also perfect for us - quiet neighbourhood but close to everything - quick access to 2 vaparetto stops and easy walks to almost everywhere Plum Guide service was, as usual, excellent"

About Tuscany

Perhaps the first region to come to mind when you think of holidays in Italy, there’s no denying Tuscany’s beauty.
