A home for those who value character over extensive space or amenities, this quaint home by the Seine is an absolute gem. Full of eccentricities and not short of decorative clutter, we found its spaces to be inspiring and conducive to letting your imagination flow. With its cosy penthouse vibes and extensive book library, we think it makes the perfect winter nook. A couple with an artistic side and looking for a memorable home in an exclusive central spot will find it a charming proposition.

"This was such a fantastic place!! The location is excellent. Easily walkable and also close to public transportation. Catherine was so responsive and helpful during our stay. Her apartment is wonderful, it feels so comfortable and gives you an authentic Parisian experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location of Catherine's flat is unparalleled, and it's sensationally good value by comparison to any local hotels. Everything is walkable, and Catherine left a list of awesome local recommendations which we used a lot. The flat has a pretty outlook, and I spent many happy hours reading by the window! We visited during a week of hot weather, 30+ degrees most days and over 22 degrees most nights. The flat is on the top floor, and like most Parisian apartments, it doesn't have air conditioning. This was clear in the listing so we expected it, just something to bear in mind if you're visiting mid-summer and you're used to AC. The other thing to note is the lack of a stand-up shower (also common in Paris). We worked around it just fine and again was not an issue, just something to be aware of mid-summer when you may want to shower more than usual. Catherine was a very responsive and helpful host, and we had a great stay. Thank you for having us, Catherine"
