Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Small but stylish, this apartment offers a prime location in the heart of Paris. You'll find the gardens of the Palais-Royal just seconds away, while the Louvre and other iconic landmarks are only a short stroll on foot. It isn't the largest home in our collection, but the split-level layout makes the most of the square footage. The bedroom is on the basement level, so although it's not the brightest and the stairs are on the steeper side, we appreciate that it's tucked away from the living area. Besides, with plenty to explore nearby, we reckon most of your trip will be spent discovering all the city has to offer.

Home truths

The bedroom is in the basement and lacks natural light. The bed is also pushed against the wall on one side, so the space is a little snug.

This home is spread across two floors – the ground-level living area and the basement bedroom. Please note that the stairs are on the steeper side.

The compact kitchen lacks an oven, but there is a hob – however, you'll find plenty of restaurants in the nearby area.

Your host can provide a cot for children up to 3 years old on request.

As this is a ground-floor apartment in the heart of Paris, some street noise is likely.

On arrival, you'll be able to check yourself in via a lockbox.

"We have used Plum Guide a few times and have always found the places we stayed and the Plum Guide service excellent from start to finish. Recently we rented an apartment in Venice. The apartment was perfect for our needs - well appointed, comfortable beds, right number of bathrooms, lovely kitchen and living areas. The location was also perfect for us - quiet neighbourhood but close to everything - quick access to 2 vaparetto stops and easy walks to almost everywhere Plum Guide service was, as usual, excellent"

About Louvre - Palais Royal

Where to begin with one of Paris's most majestic and central districts? This was the stomping ground of historic kings, and now its grand palaces and squares are home to museums, galleries, government offices, and luxury shopping. With no fewer than three Royal palaces, the attractions are plentiful in this neck of the woods. If checking out the Mona Lisa with throngs of tourists isn't your thing, we recommend exploring some of the area's quieter hidden gems. Colonnes de Burennes has a gorgeous secret square and Alain Ducasse's world-famous French restaurant 'Le Meurice' is just around the corner.
