Situated in a private golf and country club estate in Gassin, this home has a sought-after location in the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Make the most of the warm climate on the several terraces or take advantage of the petanque court, table tennis and heated swimming pool. Inside, there’s a wine cellar and many modern works of art and sculptures – some of which may not be suited for little ones. Ideal for extended families, there’s a separate one-bedroom annexe, perfect for guests wanting a bit more privacy. Better still you'll have access to various communal facilities such as the estate's golf course, a fitness room, and tennis courts.

While one bathroom isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Bedroom four is in an annexe with an independent entrance. It has two single beds, a shower room and a tiny kitchenette.
Four hours of cleaning per week is included, while pool and garden maintenance is once a week. Beach towels are also provided.
There are steps down to the swimming pool and various multi-level terraces, so this home may not suit those with limited mobility.
You'll have access to a security service as well as the estate's communal golf course, fitness room, and tennis courts.
There's free, private parking on the premises for several vehicles in a garage and carport. We suggest renting a car here.
